This ancient source arises in the south western corner of the land and has been harnessed by a 80m deep bore hole. Nothing but the best for the Mirror Brook herd - unlimited natural spring water for bathing and drinking.

Gloucester Old Spot
Is an English rare breed of pig which is predominantly white with black spots, well-suited to living outdoors. The Old Spot was once a very popular breed of pig. With the advent of intensive farming, certain lean, pale, high-yield breeds were chosen to suit the factory conditions and needs of mass-production. However, owing to consumer pressure UK, and changes to the law, both attributable to an increasing awareness of, and concern about, farming conditions, pigs have been increasingly reared outdoors. In addition, more consumers are looking for quality meat, with good flavour.
